THIS POLICY CONFIRS SPECIFIC RIGHTS TO YOU AS THE INDIVIDUAL, THE COMPANY, OR THE LEGAL ENTITY THAT WILL BE UTILIZING THE SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE (REFERENCED BELOW AS “YOU” OR “YOUR”) ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, MAKE NO FURTHER USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE, AND CONTACT AIRSHIP CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND OF THE MONEY YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE (INCLUDING SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES) AT ANY TIME DURING THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD FOLLOWING THE DATE YOU RECEIVED SHIPMENT OR ACCEPTED INTITAL DELIVERY. THIS POLICY APPLIES TO SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE AS A COMBINED PRODUCT.

1. Thirty (30) Day Money Back Warranty

If You are the original licensee of this product and are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, please contact and AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES, INC Customer Service for a refund of the money You paid for the Software (including shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes) at any time during the thirty (30) day period following the date You received shipment or accepted initial delivery. This Thirty (30) Day Unlimited Money Back Warrantee may be extended or modified by a separate agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

2. Return Policy

The following procedure must be followed in order to obtain Your complete refund of the purchase price, shipping costs, and applicable sales tax:

a. You must contact and AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES, INC Customer Service in writing via e-mail or through the online store and request an RMA number within thirty (30) days of the date You received shipment or accepted initial delivery.
b. The Product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
c. All parts and accessories included with the original package must be included, including but not limited to software media, computer hardware, connector cables, documentation, and protective packing material.
d. If the product was received in a damaged condition, such must be noted in writing when you request the RMA number.
e. Seal the original packaging with shipping-grade packing tape.
f. Use the included Return Shipping Label to return the package to and AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES, INC at 616 120th Avenue NE Ste C204, Bellevue, WA 98005.
g. Write the RMA number You were given in Step (a) upon the shipping label.
h. If You do not have the Return Shipping Label, contact AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES, INC for further instructions.
i. The Product must be shipped within 1 week of obtaining an RMA number. Please contact AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES, INC if there are any delays.

3. General

The laws of the State of Washington, United States of America will govern this Agreement. This Agreement and any related License Module is the entire agreement between You and AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES, INC relating to the Software and: (i) supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and
representations with respect to its subject matter; and (ii) prevails over any conflicting or additional terms of any quote, order, acknowledgment, or similar communications between the parties. This Agreement shall terminate upon Your breach of any term contained herein and You shall cease use of and destroy all copies of the Software. The disclaimers of warranties and damages and limitations on liability shall survive termination. This Agreement may only be modified by a License Module that accompanies this license or by a written document that has been signed by both You and AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES, INC.
