IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE HARDWARE. AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES CORPORATION AND/OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES (AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES) IS WILLING TO WARRANT THE HARDWARE TO YOU AS THE INDIVIDUAL, THE COMPANY, OR THE LEGAL ENTITY THAT WILL BE UTILIZING THE HARDWARE (REFERENCED BELOW AS YOU OR YOUR) ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT. THIS IS A LEGAL AND ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES. BY OPENING THIS PACKAGE, BREAKING THE SEAL, OR INSTALLING OR ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL THE HARDWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, MAKE NO FURTHER USE OF THE HARDWARE, RETURN IT TO ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND CONTACT YOUR RESELLER CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN THIRY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE YOU RECEIVED THE SOFTWARE FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND. THIS HARDWARE WARRANTY AGREEMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY SOFTWARE SUPPLIED WITH THE HARDWARE.

1. Rights
Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of this Hardware are as follows.

You may:
A. after written notice to AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES or upon signing a Reseller License Agreement with AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES, transfer the Hardware on a permanent basis to another person or entity; and
B. use the Hardware in accordance with any additional permitted uses set forth below.

You may not:
A. copy the printed documentation that accompanies the Hardware except for the purpose of providing support to end-users;
B. sublicense, rent, or lease any portion of the Hardware; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the Hardware and Firmware in use by the Hardware;
C. use the Hardware as part of a timesharing, service provider, or service bureau arrangement;
D. use the Hardware in any manner not authorized by this warranty; nor
E. use the Hardware in any manner that contradicts any additional restrictions set forth below.

2. Product Installation and Operating Environment
You are required to follow the installation instructions included with the Hardware and accompanying Software documentation. You are required to adhere to the documented Operating Environment specifications (including but not limited to ambient temperature, humidity, and electrical stability). AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES may, at its sole discretion, determine whether the installation procedures
have been followed correctly. AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES may, at its sole discretion, determine that the operating environment exceeds the documented tolerances of the Hardware. In the event that the Hardware has been damaged by violation of Installation procedures or Operating Environment, this Warranty may be voided within its normal time period.

3. Limited Warranty
AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES warrants that this Hardware will be free from defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Your sole remedy in the event of a breach of this warranty is that AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES will, at its option, replace or repair any defective Hardware in the most expedient manner possible. You may be responsible for shipping to and from AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES, and for any other shipping costs required to complete repair or replacement, depending on the level of warranty purchased. AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES may require You to follow certain Shipping Requirements (including but not limited to the inclusion of paid Return Shipment waybill labels). AIRSHIP INDUSTRIES does not warrant that the Hardware will meet Your requirements or that operation of the Hardware will be uninterrupted or that the Hardware will be error-free. This Warranty does not apply to any Software supplied with the Hardware. Additional Warranty documentation will be provided which stipulates details of the Warranty purchased with a given device.
